Verify · Promosia

Three checks. One humans-only roster.

Promosia verifies every onboarded account as a real creator across three checks — written, performed, recorded. Artists self-screen here before intake, so label-backed or AI-generated tracks never reach the roster behind the campaigns.

Self-screen takes 60 seconds. If all three checks are yes, the intake form opens right after and the campaign begins from the artist who actually made the record.

The three checks

Read the room before you load the intake.

Three checks, one verdict. Each one is a yes-or-no question about the record you're about to campaign. If even one is no, hold the submission — the intake will save you the work.

Check 01

Written by you, end to end.

Every lyric, melodic line, and arrangement choice is yours. No ghostwriter on credit, no commissioned topline, no model-generated lyrics shipped under your name. Promosia verifies the credit chain at intake — not just the audio.

Examples: a self-written hook, your own vocal, a session you ran

Check 02

Performed by you on the record.

Your voice on the lead. No deepfake vocal, no licensed stem rendered to a different singer, no instrument recorded by someone else and credited to you. The performance behind the campaign is the person behind the campaign.

Examples: a self-written hook, your own vocal, a session you ran

Check 03

Recorded in a session you ran.

You were behind the session in some real capacity — not a stem pack you paid for, not a fully assembled beat with no recorded contribution from you. The recording credit should read like work, not a purchase receipt.

Examples: a self-written hook, your own vocal, a session you ran

What doesn't pass

These tracks don't make the roster — please don't submit them.

Five explicit disqualifications, listed in the open. If your record matches one, the intake will not promote it — and the verification step exists so you don't spend release-week finding out after the fact.

  • AI-generated tracks

Tracks generated entirely by a model — vocals, instrumentation, or lyrics — with no human on the session. Pro-tools of the trade don't pass.

  • Ghostwritten or commissioned toplines

Lyrics or melodies produced by a third party and credited to you. Promosia verifies credit at intake, not just the audio waveform.

  • Label-backed or label-released cuts

Tracks already under a label deal, including catalogue masters and PR-issued promo runs. Promosia is built for independent artists and stays clear of label rosters.

  • Fully assembled beat packs

Beats with no recorded contribution from you — purchased sample packs with your name on top don't qualify, even if they sound finished.

  • Drone-label or ghost-shop rollouts

Tracks fanned out by a third-party promo outfit under your name. The verification is on the human who made the record, not on the channel the record travels through.

The verified mark

The badge every approved artist wears.

Approved artists carry this pill on their roster card and per-track row. The mark is the standard — the same three checks that run above, surfaced as a single visible verification.

The visual every approved profile wears on the roster.

  • Written end-to-end
  • Performed on record
  • Recorded in a session the named artist ran

Promise

All three are yes? Walk into the intake.

If every check is you, drop your track link and let the human-creator review take it from there. Verification is the line your record stands behind — cuts and captions follow once that passes.
